Every program runs the same six stages. Each has a defined output and a gate you sign off before the next begins — so you always know where the product is and what happens next.

Discovery
We learn the product, target volume, timeline, quality bar, and budget. Output: a shared brief and a realistic plan — or an honest no if we are not the right partner.

Sourcing
We match the program to the right factory and confirm capability, capacity, and compliance. Output: a validated manufacturing partner and indicative costing.

Development
Tech packs, patterns, BOM, and confirmed costing. Output: a complete production specification the factory can build to without interpretation.

Sampling
Prototype, fit, and pre-production samples with measured review at each round. Output: an approved PP sample — the gate that unlocks bulk.

Production
Bulk run with raw-material tracking, production scheduling, and inline QC. Output: finished goods built to the approved sample, on the agreed timeline.
06
Delivery
Final inspection, packing, and freight to your warehouse or 3PL. Output: delivered product and a closed program — ready to repeat.
